Dive deep into your Chakras
In this interactive workshop you will experience many tools to work with your Chakras.
Gain a clear understanding of your energy centers through a guided meditation to bring you into balance.
You will be immersed in the sacred frequency of 432 Hz through the tonal range that connects with your Chakras with Quartz crystal singing bowls.
You will learn and chant the seed sounds associated with each Chakra.
Learn Mudras you can apply to enhance the flow of vitality throughout your energy field.
We will create crystal grids and you will receive your own seven Chakra Crystal set to take home.
Learn how to make your own flower essence remedy specifically designed for your Chakras, and how flower essences and aromatherapy tie into the chakras.
We will play with simple yoga poses which enhance the vitality of your Chakras.
You will learn how to build an altar to enhance qualities vital to your field.
And finally you will create Chakra cards unique to you to take home along with your own Bach flower essence mix.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, lawn chair, colorful vegetarian food for potluck, and objects you would like to be charged by the energy of the class.
A manual and all class materials are included in the cost of the class.
There is no prerequisite for this class, space is limited to 10 people. Minimum class size is 4.
