Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, lawn chair, vegetarian food for potluck, and objects you would like to be charged by the energy of the class.

A manual and all class materials are included in the cost of the class.

There is no prerequisite for this class, space is limited to 8 people. Minimum class size is 3.

Payments are non refundable (unless class is canceled) but may be transferred. You will receive an e-mail with class location & more information prior to class and be included in a private facebook group for your class.

Angels

And the Angels Came

While on a retreat with Silke and other wonderful ladies I came down with extreme nausea and a migraine.
Silke offered her assistance and felt drawn outside to allow the negative toxins to be released. Silke called in the Archangels and we could feel the energy shift in the air and the sky around us, and in the most profound moment of healing I felt as if an intense weight was lifted off of me.
