This turmeric latte is An uplifting and energizing drink to cozy up with. When we incorporate Turmeric into our lives, we enjoy its anti-inflammatory properties, and the powerful antioxidants it provides the body and much more.

Ingredients

Flavor/Spice mix:

  • 1 ½  teaspoons honey (or to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/4  teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • several drops of stevia (optional)

Liquids:

  • 1 ¼ cups of water

  • ¾ cup soy milk

  • (optional to add to the milk while being frothed):
    several drops of vanilla and stevia and a little cinnamon

  • a pretty cup that makes you feel special!

Directions

  1. Place the honey into your cup.

  2. Add your spices and mix with the honey.

  3. Meanwhile, boil water, and dance to your favorite music while you wait ;)! Give the boiled water one minute to settle down before adding to your cup; stir it into the spices/honey.

  4. Heat and froth your milk, and if desired, add several drops of vanilla and stevia and a little cinnamon.

  5. Stir the milk into the cup. Then sprinkle cinnamon on top and optional, for a little extra sweetness, I sprinkle Monkfruit sweetener on top, as well.

  6. Enjoy!
