RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments are either in person or long distance via Zoom Video call, and are usually booked about two weeks in advance. This can be done by contacting Silke via email or through Facebook. For your first session please reserve a 90 minute time frame and arrive on time. You will fill out a short questionnaire to help establish your needs and how I can assist you best. Contact me for location and any other questions concerning your initial appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Scheduling your appointment is a commitment to secure your spot, and in doing so, that time frame is not available to anyone else. I require a 24 hour notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given, you will be billed a no show charge of 50% the amount of the service you were scheduled for.  This will be charged to your credit card on file, or will be required PRIOR to scheduling your next service.  If you have purchased a session bundle, 45 minutes will be deducted from your remaining time credit. If you are late for your appointment, you will receive your treatment for the time remaining in your spot.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Energy Healing and Hypnotherapy works in conjunction with the medical field as it covers the whole person, body, mind and spirit.  We will address any medical issues during your interview.
